File a legal challenge to the FCC’s decision to roll back net neutrality.

The recent rollback of protections afforded to our citizens, grassroots political organizations, and small businesses by the Federal Communications Commission was a direct attack on our First Amendment rights in favor of corporate profits and political donations.

Join us in demanding Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt sue the FCC for this overreach that opens the door for internet service providers to control what we see, what we do, and what we say online.

Countries that do not have net neutrality protections pay premiums for the type of data they stream (video, audio, etc.), the applications they use (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), in addition to the membership fees those apps may require (Hulu, Netflix, etc).

We don’t need the FCC inventing an industry for large corporations, we need our Attorney General to protect us.
